Academic Section, which is located in the administrative wing, provides all the necessary academic services to students of college. Main services offered by academic section are mentioned below. The prescribed application forms for these certificates can be downloaded from Student’s Corner.

1. Admission of students to 2^nd year and 3^rd year of all branches.
2. Distribution of Transfer Certificate.
3. Distribution of Diploma Certificate.
4. Resolve issues and complaints related to incorrect marksheets, Admission, Examination, Result etc.
5. Conduct Semester Examinations.
6. Maintain record of Admission and Semester Examination.
7. Maintain record of sessional marks and practical marks.
8. Online forwarding of student Exam Forms to RGPV.
9. Inform individual students about UFM cases in examination.
10. Process applications for Vikramaditya Scholarship and Mukhyamantri Jankalyan (Shiksha Protsahan) Yojna and MMVY.

Admission to First Year Diploma in Engineering

The college runs Formal Diploma Courses of 3 year duration in various branches of Engineering viz Automobile, Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, Mechanical, Printing. and 2-year Diploma course in Pharmacy.

 The admission to these courses is done under direction and monitoring of Directorate of Technical Education, Satpura Bhavan, Bhopal. State Level PrePolytechnic Test (PPT) is conducted by VYAPAM (PEB) for 10 th pass students in May-June every year. The complete process of Admission viz. Registration, Choice filing, Document verification, Allotment of seat, is online and executed by MPONLINE. Candidates can participate in the admission process in first, second or CLC rounds. First round Allotment:

First round Allotment is done for admission on the basis of PPT merit score.

Second round Allotment:

Second round Allotment is done for admission on the basis of PPT merit score and 10 th score.

CLC round Allotment:

The third round of admission is College Level Counselling (CLC) is organized from 10-15 August. Those students who, for some reason could not get admission in first and second round, have this opportunity to get seat in CLC round , subject to availability of seat.

ADMISSION to First Year Diploma in Pharmacy

ADMISSION to Second year/ Third year Diploma in Engineering

Admission to Second year/ Third year is done on the basis of grades obtained in of Semester exams. The compulsory condition to get admission to higher semester is as per ordinance of RGPV.

Admission Fee Structure:

The tution fee for Diploma course is 10,000 Rs per year. There are other nominal fees viz. sports fee, placement fee, cycle stand fee etc. which makes a total approx. 10981/- Rs. The fee must be deposited from SBI Collect service on www.onlinesbi.com and the receipt must be submitted to Academic section to confirm admission. Sholarships Offered For Diploma Course

1. TUITION FEE WAIVER SCHEME(TFW)

There are a maximum of 5 % seats supernumerary in nature under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme. It is provided to Women, Physically handicapped and Other Eligible (Economically Weak) students from any of the background (GEN/OBC/SC/ST) and Territory to be admitted in Degree program and 3-year Integrated Certificate Diploma program of the Institute.

 Following are main features of the Scheme:

• Sons and daughters of parents (Father& Mother both) whose annual income is less than Rs.8.00 lacs from all sources shall only be eligible.
• The waiver is limited to the Tuition Fee only. All other Fee except Tuition Fee will have to be paid by the beneficiary student.
• Applications are invited during registration but shall be taken into consideration after completion of second phase of document verification. The beneficiary student admitted under this Scheme shall not be allowed to change Course (Branch / Discipline) under any circumstances.
• The scheme shall come into effect once 30% seats of sanctioned seats are filled and institute is able to fill supernumerary seats as per scheme. The students who want to avail this scheme shall have to apply as and when the notification for the same is issued. Students want to avail the scheme have to get ready income certificate from the competent authority issued on or after 01.04.2019.

Details about the scheme can be had from AICTE website. Conditions as per latest guidelines of AICTE/Govt. of India shall be applicable.

2. POST METRIC SCHOLARSHIP(PMS)

 This scheme is for scheduled caste (SC), scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Category (OBC) candidates. The direct benefit in terms of reduced payment/deposit of fee at the time of admission and thereafter under this scheme can be availed by the students of having income less than or up to 2.5* lacs. But such students have to apply for this scholarship in proper format in due course of time just after the admission. Register on www.sholarshipportal.mp.nic.in for scholarship.

3. Mukhyamantri Jankalyan (Shiksha Protsahan) Yojna

This scheme was launched in 2018 to help students whose parents are registered as Asangathit Karmkar with Government of M.P. The Scholarship is for all students irrespective of category. Register on www.sholarshipportal.mp.nic.in for scholarship.
